George from Arbroath Fisheries delivers fresh fish to Cuil-an-Duin Country House. Fish from Shetland and Peterhead is caught, prepared into fillets, and delivered to the door a short time after landing. Specialities include Arbroath Smokies, hot smoked salmon and smoked haddock – delicious served with a soft poached egg from one of our hens!
