As part of our commitment to using excellent local suppliers wherever possible, we’re delighted to be able to offer to our guests a selection of delicious honey and preserves from Heather Hills Farm. Located just a short drive away over the Moulin Moor, Heather Hills Farm produces artisan heather honeys with a distinctive flavour. All honey is collected and extracted in small batches, using traditional methods giving a raw honey of superior quality. Our personal favourite is the Heather Honey with local Edradour Whisky – delicious either in your in your porridge or on your toast. Our cottage guests won’t miss out either – you’ll find a mini jar of honey in your welcome basket when you arrive.
